Since I have the next week off (teacher), I figured I would get back at it again. The rest of the roof rack - namely the slats screwed to the roof - is/are coming off. Then the inside of the roof is getting wire brushed and de-rusted. Gonna weld up all of the holes left from the craptastic rack too.

My factory slot wheels I found in the Midwest on craigslist are currently being readied for powdercoat.

What color are you going to have them coated?

I think a darker color silver would look pretty good with the color of your waggy.

I'm not 100% sure yet, but possibly powder coat chrome. The wheels are not in the best cosmetic shape, and we tried to polish them. My friend, who is a pro-polisher with a Kustom shop, suggested they do p-c chrome. I was also thinking silver- just not sure which shade.
