Interesting idea. Probably not “as is”, but let me look at power seats schematic. I guess you can find a location under or on the seat to mount it.
However power seats should be ok even without relays -small gauge wiring is not that long and each seat has good power supply feed.
If yours are moving slow, not moving at all or doing it intermittently you’d be better with taking switches out and cleaning them first. That usually brings them back to life, mine were not working at all when I got my Jeep and everything is moving after proper cleaning. Those switches are close to the floor and suffer from high humidity a lot. Mine were outright nasty inside, with charred contacts and some sort of white mold on them (you can check my build thread for pics). Cleaning switches is easy as long as you don’t loose any small parts and pay attention when disassembling and assembling them back. Check link in my sig for more info on that process
