Id just do a charge back. Depending on your bank youd have the money in a few days.

Ive done charge back 1 or 2 times in my life. One was for ace hardware that wouldnt return some bolts i bought but didnt need. The lady was rude and refused to give me my 20$ back.. yea 20$ even though i jad s receipt and they untouched.


So i did a charge back. Got my money in 2 days. And kept the bolts. I dont let anyone screw me over.

Done this once on ebay..sold a processor from intel once for 200$ used one. Worked fine in my ganing pc. Guy gets it.. take the heatspreader off and uses liquid metal aka galium and chips a corner of the cpu shorting it out. And then does a return through enay.. Ebay has a (money back garuntee bs program) they took 200$ outs my paypal account. I called the bank and got ny money back ina week

I wouldn't say calling the CC company is a crusade. It's about getting what you paid for. What's knowing or caring about them got to do with it?

Seems to me posting here is more of a crusade though there've been other such posts and they didn't do you any good.

I keep reading about these problems with TGW...I have to say I have bought from them at different times over at least a five year span now and have never had the slightest problem. Maybe I'm just lucky but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them, I've always had good experiences with them and Bj's as well. I know customer service can be a tough thing to get from a company sometimes, I've just never had a problem with TGW.

Ya i never had problems with em.. just slow to ship is all. Im thankfull 100% there are websites like this for parts everyone else should be too
