Any interest in a Raffle this year? The attendance will be a bit smaller so the number of prizes would probably be smaller too.

I can bring some stuff from AZFSJ- This is the usual collection of Harbor Freight things.

I can also check with the usual folks to see if they want to donate. And we can the tickets and such from Bob (or casey if he still have them)



I would guess the pot luck will happen one way or another.

Will do. Thanks for offering to send some stuff up! I am in touch with Casey so we can have him pick it up. It may not be our best year but it would be nice to raise some money again for Ouray Mountain Rescue.

I think we will go for it. It's a lot of fun and it's a good cause.

I think with the virus thing we will want to take a few extra precautions if we have the pot luck. It will probably be a smaller affair so that should help. What do you guys think?
I am going to toss out a few ideas and ask for opinions. These are not mandatory but a starting point for discussion. If you have some other ideas great!

1. Face masks for preparing the food?
2. Face masks when filling your plates?
3. No kids touching the food set out or utensils used to serve food. Basically Parents should put together the plates for the young folks.

I'll see if we can get a few hand sanitizer 'stations' set up too.

We always use paper plates and disposable stuff so that should work out fine.
We also want to make sure that everyone removes whatever is left of what they made. No only for the virus but, you know, bears!

We'll plan on providing plates, plastic ware, cups, paper towels. Suppose we can do some final planning on what is needed when we get there too.

Yeah, like everything in our Invasions we will 'see how it goes' and 'go with the flow'. I am looking forward to just chilling in the San Juans and enjoying the company of old friends.

Okay, with the smaller group we won't have a raffle this year but we can talk about taking up donations for the Ouray Mountain Rescue.

We will see about a pot luck and can just see what's going on, who's showed up and scope out the situation.

I will be glad when Corona virus is a distant memory.
