Ed, do you have another source for the Evap updated unit and expansion valve setup for o-ring style fittings?

Hal, I could be wrong but the evap UAC offers is for a Cherokee late 80's to 1999,I see offers on Ebay for 86-91 o-ring type which should work in American Air units back to 1975
I have a original evap case at my shop I'll look at it Monday and make sure, flare fittings can made less leak prone by adding a beveled copper washer made for flares, far as expansion valve is concerned I would use a externally equalized " peanut valve"
(one tube) and cap off the schraeder port, and use a o-ring to flare adapter which allows you to attach a o-ring fitting from there out of the other end of valve, I've got most everything.
Concerning UAC give me a call I know them well and will see what's going on.

Question: on this entry scratch and or foot guard. Does none have a source on a new one? Or some place I can get something similar? I could make one out of the step anti skid tape. But would really like to find something like this?
BJs off-road has an “outer scuff plate”. The material is a bit different than factory. I have not seen anything that matches the same stamped aluminum shape as factory though.

So I brought truck to my house. Going to work on getting the electrical and fluids in it. Also working on the parking brake cables and shifter cables.

Enjoy Hawaii!
Sorry if I missed it, who’s power steering reservoir did you use? That might solve an issue I’ve been avoiding on one of my trucks for the last 10 years lol.

DNA Motoring sells that oil tank for power steering remote systems . Has a baffle plate in the bottom. Aka a plate with holes in it……lol
