Lock Rod Clips

The springs from BJs did the trick for keeping my lock knobs up. However, the rod clips were all but destroyed when I got in there and the rattle is getting on my nerves. Does anyone know of a source for new or NOS lock rod clips / guides?

Collar Diameter: approx 15mm
Insert Diameter: approx 10mm
Internal/Rod Diameter: approx 4mm

Those appear to be for the knobs at the top of the lock rod. Without any measurements to go off of, I would venture to guess those are far too big for my purposes.

Flanged plastic sleeve bearing is similar.

If you knew a machinist, I believe the parts could be easily made.

Thank you for the suggestions. The plastic/nylon clips I'm referring to are inside the door and guide the rod, not the knob. The plastic clips themselves snap into a semicircle piece of metal, see attached photos, and are held in place by "teeth" on the underside of the clip. See the below link for a good example.

All of the clips that I have found online are too small. Either the teeth won't clip the metal, or the shoulder would fall right through.
