I decided it was time to start my own build thread.
I got my jeep in January and immediately started screwing with everything. First thing was a Carb rebuild....Didnt go so well. So I got a Holley carb to replace the motorcraft....still didnt work. So I ordered an EFI Kit.

Next on the list was my suspension.
I was like a kid in a candy store when everything arrived.
I had a few problems on the front but nothing too horrible.

Then I got to the rear end.
I had a random skid plate blocking me fro taking off one of my leaf springs. I FINALLY managed to get it off today, and I learned something....I HAVE 2 GAS TANKS!
And now a VERY flammable back yard

Looking at the room (or lack thereof) while doing my swap, I think you will be hard pressed to squeeze a V10 in there. It can, of course, be done, but I think it will require an aftermarket A/C-heat system, and a notched firewall.
I had to pull off my trailer hitch receiver today to get to some pesky fuel lines (I want to murder whoever ran all of the wiring and fuel lines) and found some beautiful southern ingenuity

after reading a lot of the build threads I've learned that it's sacrilegious to have organized wiring harnesses or vacuum lines in an FSJ so I don't....

I just spent an hour and a half trying to get her to start before realizing that I had the Return fuel line and the sending line switched on the throttle body.....I will try again tomorrow when not angry at myself.
Apparently I didnt have the wiring harness that gave the injectors power hooked up either....

While trying to cut the %^$&^(^($ bolt in the back I've now gone through 6 SAWZALL blades (two wear diamond tipped blades), found out a MAPP torch isnt hot enough, and threatened to sell my Jeep a few hundred times. I never imagined simply adding a lift would be this hard.
In the time since I have installed some CHEAP harbor freight lights though
Today I got bored while watch ;
"BleepinJeep " videos and saw one where he paints his wheels, and decided I could totally do it too. This is the product of my boredom.
