NJ or Tri state area hemi swap

So, I have a beautiful 1989 Grand Wagoneer with 90k miles. It has the Howell efi, but I want to put a new non supercharged hemi and the 8 speed transmission in it. Anyone on here know of a shop in this area that can do this? I obviously want my a/c to still work, all gauges etc. thanks in advance!
