mwray8909,
do you have the pistons that I'm looking for?
The part numbers are specific to a certain piston.
Let me know, Thanks.

More details on what you are looking for would help. The ONLY reference I can find for that piston PN is from a really old Mopar Performance Parts book: DCC-5249907 ~91 5.9 cast piston, 4.11" bore flattop

And is for an .030 over bore (stock bore being 4.08). But the chances of finding these is nearly zero, as Mopar has not made AMC engine parts for ages. But there are lots of other options for pistons these days.

Post what year your engine is which will identify the Heads/chamber volumes. Im not sure but from 1980-up had the same compression-piston/and heads. Unless, these pistons are not OEM originals/bore. Then its more likely to just buy a new set to match what your looking for.

The pistons I want are stamped with that part number. 1978 I know that they are .030 over.
thanks

You may get lucky and find a set, but as far as I can tell, they have not been made for 20+ years. If you do find a full set, and one as an issue, the chances of finding one more are really small. Summit (and others) sell several readily available pistons for AMC V8s, that are covered by warranty, and in the event one is bad, you can easily get a replacement.

Yep, these are a Mopar performance part. .030 over and a little bump in compression. Just putting a feeler out there for any collector who might have a set.
