Blazer tank conversion filler hoses?

Post by Mass »

Just seeing if there's any interest for me to sell some custom wagoneer fuel filler hoses.
Specifically S10 Blazer tank swaps for those going EFI that want a modern in-tank pump. (Takes care of fuel starvation issues and unreliable in line pumps)

I tried to source adapters and hoses online but in the end it's expensive and will just look like crap with 8 hose clamps.

The set would be $75 including shipping.
I'm not actually selling them yet but if there's enough interest, I'd get a bulk order together and start selling them.

Idk. You would have to check placement and measure the inlet size of the Econoline tank. Would be interesting to know as well.

Looks like they will, I don't know the inlet and vent sizes on the Blazer tank, though. I'll have to measure mine when I get back home. I like the Econoline tank because the fuel level sender is the same ohm reading as the factory '73-'85 sender/gauges.

Ok I didn't know that. Here's my hose dimensions. The blazer tank is 2" filler and 5/8" vent.
The jeep filler side is 1" filler and 3/4" vent. Image

So looks like the filler on the Econoline tank is 2" and the vent is 3/4" so I think your filler hose would work for me. Awesome!
