Power to gauge cluster plug questions

Post by Avereesdad »

Hi
And thank you in advance! 1979 Cherokee 360
I’m trying to narrow down my non functional gauges and when the Jeep is running and I put my 12v tester in each of sockets of the round gauge cluster plug I get nothing .. shouldn’t one of them be 12v ? To feed the gauge panel

Have you looked at the TSM? There is a '79 TSM free to read and download at the Tom Collins site.

Look at 1L-44.This has the pinout for that connector. Very detailed.
