A hydraulic cylinder place could probably help with that. However by the time you pay the labor to have that figured out you’ll be close to the cost of a new one. Redneck Ram sells a similar sized ram that would be close to a direct replacement. You will probably need some hiem joint sleeves. If I remember correctly rock logic used 1/2” and the replacement will have 5/8”.
