Is the module available as a service part? I'd replace the module if I could. I see at least one diode there. Often they are installed to protect the relay contacts from arcing. Possible your fix is only temporary if one of the diodes is bad. Also, conventional wisdom says these relays don't last after you burnish the contacts. Replace, don't file.
