Early wag body mount bushing torque spec?

Just got new rubber body mount bushings from BJ's for my 73 - they are the early style with no metal sleeve inside, just a rubber puck that goes between the frame mount and the body. What do you tighten them down to? Can't find a torque spec anywhere in the TSM or searching online. Do you just tighten till they squish? If so, how much squish?
I also have a 2" body lift if that matters.
I have grade 8 bolts with distorted thread locknuts - can you reuse those locknuts?

In theory, you aren't supposed to reuse the lock nuts. But I know I have on many many occasions, and I have never had them back off on me.

To my knowledge, there isn't a torque spec for those. Or at least, I could not find one easily. And the last time I installed some, I just tightened them till the bushings compressed a bit. And then 500 or so miles later I rechecked them.

I figger it's never too later to install a body mount properly. Regardless of how the factory did it.

When i did my 90s body mounts all of em i jist tightened until they squished a bit. And checked later if they losened up or not.

Some of them the rusted metal centers are very rotten. Some i just used a metal sleeve and big giant washers

Yep, just snug, so no upward movement of the body off the puck.
