Umm, I don't know. The firewall is red. The inside of the hood is pale, light blue. I think this is sort of a Frankenstein truck. The three-on-the-tree was replaced with a floor shifter but it still has the original I6 OHC engine. Other than the lift, it is pretty much a stock radio delete truck. But it did come with the 'flashy' chrome bumper & grill.
On another note this truck is an early 63 with a Willys data plate. I've seen those data plates before on 63 J trucks and Wagoneers. My VIN number ends with 10705. Does anyone have a lower number? So far mine is the earliest I've come across.
Welcome from the Chicago suburbs. I did several years in USNY, (Rome to be exact, at what used to be Griffiss AFB). Beautiful country side, but nasty winters.
Two handsome trucks and how do you keep them cancer-free??
Where in ny are you at? I'm stationed at ft drum and I just picked up my first FSJ. Any knowledge tips parts etc would be greatly appreciated. I haven't seen any FSJs around here.
