Looking for ideas for my front bumper for the j20. Plan on building one or MIGHT buy an older ramsey/warn classic style if I can find one. Looking for a place to compile data for future reference. So post up the pics of your bumpers, doesn't matter front or rear.

There is your warn bumper you are looking for. I have been eyeballing it but I already bought a ramsey bumper.
WOW!!! I'd be on that like white on rice but I'm going for a less shiny look for my truck. And I'd KILL myself if I screwed up that MINT bumper!!!

Bob, with some help from Tad and his daughters built a couple for me. (Acutally I think a nephew may have kicked in some too).
Some of the prework:
Bob, happy to be done and rid of my jeep:
I put the winch plate and winch on. They are only bolted in place but I ran the bolts all the way through the top/bottom of the bumper. It has held up fine with some of the yanking I have done.
The goal was a tight fit to the body. I had limited room to park in the garage and needed to clear walk space and the door:
Like will e I wanted thing in tight and out of the airflow to the radiator as much as possible.
I have a front receiver built in underneath.
A collection of 1966 to 1986 parts. Self Inflicted Flesh Wound
