New UBB Code

I have added a UBB code for strike through, which is very handy if you have to go back and edit an old post. Just hit the 's' button when posting, or use the square brackets with s and it will strikethrough which ever text they surround.
This way people can see what was there originally. That way post after it do not seem out of place.
