Well, another year of GSMJI in the books.
Saw more FSJ'S than usual in the vendor area. It's cool to see them get some industry visibility.
The Golden Eagle had an immaculate restoration done on it. It utilized a 2023 Chevy Silverado drive train. Wouldn't have been my first choice for a motor and trans, but it was very well done.
There was also this cool J10. It was a girl who built it, and it used to be her dad's rig. She said the build wasn't complete yet, so I am interested to see this one when it's finished. I think the suspension will need some adjustments.
I also saw the Sasquatch Cherokee that got a lot of attention at Sema and has been popular on social media. Didn't get to talk to the owner, but it looked like a LS swap and 4 Linked.
I know the Unicorn J truck was there as well, but I didn't get to see it in person.
Lots of V8 swapped late model Jeeps this year. There is a company called America's Most Wanted 4x4 that is building 800+ horsepower rigs. I've been hearing about this company, and their work is impressive.
On a side note, I am working on getting a partial wrap for my J3000 that will be like a livery with all of the brands that I used in the build. It's a pretty cool removable and reusable system from 4X4 Attitude. I am wanting companies to use it as a display vehicle at expos and maybe get some sponsorships.
